Paul came out and performed an estimate and was early than expected; he got to the house before we did. He was pretty straight forward, didn't try and upsell services or anything. The tech arrived on time early in the morning and was friendly and knowledgeable, provided some tips and feedbacks to new homeowners (like myself). Overall great service!
