Friendly service. Problem was too much soap-left residue and remained damp for over 24 hrs. But the charge was minimal.
Very efficient, customer service friendly, resolved a couple of problems we had with our carpeting. We were very satisfied.
David was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did an outstanding job restretching our carpet and then cleaning the carpet. I would hire this company again without hesitation.

Very professional
Only half of my living room was deodorized and I'm not sure the other areas received the deodorizer; David was on the phone at least 3 times (he should have turned the phone off when he saw it was his girlfriend calling). The entire visit was less than 30 minutes which seems very fast for the area size.
