The technician came to fix a couple holes in the carpet my puppy chewed through. I had two different sets of carpet and we debated on if they were the same color. He installed the carpet and it ended up not matching. I called the boss and told him about it, that I believe he did the wrong carpet. He called the technician, had him return within 10 minutes. We discussed it (showing that it wasn't just needing a cleaning) and he realized he made the mistake and fixed it. Great business to use!
Arrived on time. Friendly and did a good job. Not sure if I would get the same person the next time. As it appears there are several folks doing this for this company.
The provided an accurate quote and were able to complete the work as quickly as possible. I'll also be hiring them to clean my carpets in a few weeks once we move out.
The staff was very knowledgeable.

We appreciate Ms. Prior's business. She was not there the day I went and looked at it, but I emailed her the quote and she accepted. She had all the furniture moved out of the way and the stretch was easy and went well.

They were already closed when we tried to call them, but Paul got a notification and called me right back. He immediately made me feel calm and taken care of. Their work was excellent. They treated EVERY room for pet stains and finished the whole job with Scotchguard. For all of their work, I felt that they were reasonable in cost.
Everyone from TLC Carpet Cleaning, Inc. were friendly. The work done was amazing. My carpet is old but after they cleaned it, you can't tell. Also, the repairs were done expertly. You can't tell where the carpet was changed. I love it! It smells wonderful.
