They were very prompt and called me several times to confirm appt. and time of arrival. I was able to see with the tech's camera the exact area of the dryer clog. I plan on using them to clean my carpets in the next month.

TLC Carpet Cleaning, Inc. is a very good company. They set up my appointment quickly. They were professional in their demeanor at all times. Their technician, Big Joe, was courteous and professional when he cleaned my carpets. He explained the process before he began and went about his work efficiently. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs this service and will rehire them in the future.
TLC called me right away to schedule an appointment. Very personable. Tech did his job and was thorough in his explanation of what he was doing.
They called me right away and were very nice. This carpet was very dirty, but it didn't look a lot better when the job was done. Tech spent about 20 minutes at the house and was gone.

This customers house that we cleaned was a rental property that she lived next door to, and like she said the carpets were very dirty, but not only were they dirty, they were full of pet stains and unfortunately, we can't guarantee pet stains. My tech did offer to apply an enzyme which would have helped with some of the staining and odors but she didn't want to spend the additional money.
