My husband and I were very disappointed in the cleaning of our carpets. Our biggest mistake was not telling the gentleman who did the cleaning right then. I called TLC a couple of hours after he had left and let them know that we were very unhappy with the job. They said that the man who cleaned the carpets could come back out and redo them but we felt that if he didn't do a good job the first time that he would not do a good job the second.

This customer had stains that no other company could have removed. I offered to have my tech go back and re clean over them, but she did not want us to bother. I thanked her and told her I was sorry that we couldn't have done a better job.
Although they were late, the owner called to let me know that they would be late. When they came they were friendly, fast and efficient. They cleaned up after they finished.
