You forced your techs to complete a two day job in one day, damaged my roof, patched holes you didn't use, didn't bolt down the panel brackets to my roof all the way, didn't engage all the clips that hold the solar panels to the brackets, didn't level the panels, and left tons of stainless steel fittings, bolts and hardware all over my roof and yard. And now don't respond to my problems. Very unhappy and wish I hadn't chosen your company.

Absolutely Terrible Management!!!Tr--t the *********** boss breaks safety procedures constantly and endangers the employees on a daily basis. He prefers to ignore everything and put his head in a hole like an emu hoping it will just go away. I wish I could give these clowns negative stars! My solar doesn't even produce enough power to cover half of my consumption! I have called and not gotten any answers on a resolution to this problem! And if I don't get a response soon I'll be filing a complaint! Please beware these guys are crooks! I would exercise extreme caution before allowing these guys even a chance to quote a solar system!
Had solar installed by this company in June hasnt work since theyve been here several times and tell me its working when they leave but my bills dont show anything Ive save no money by doing this and Im not getting any answers from these people and whenever I call they tell me the person I have to talk to is not there they will call me I find it hard to believe theres only one person I can talk to I feel like I spent $30,000 For nothing
I would NOT recommend Titan solar to anyone. They promised:1. The solar system would be up & running before it got in ****, **. 2. They promised a $500.00 sign on bonus.3. They promised to reimburse me for my electric bills, because it took 6 months before the solar was turned on.The salesperson was wonderful and I would recommend him now that he has gone to a different company.

Besides a long lead time for installation services it has now taken 52 days before going live on solar power. The town electrical/solar inspector failed the installation three times and finally on the fourth inspection passed. Titan Solar put a hole through my house into my Main box inside and left a bunch of loose wires. One of the installer told me that was a mistake. My siding was new so therefore I asked them to replace the piece of siding as well as seal the hole through my house. They did that after acquiring the right... read more

Great company! No more electric **** to TECO except for the $15 connection fee!
Our electricity **** keeps tripling and we have more solar panels and anybody so no they are not a good company and we can we keep getting charged of course for the panels but we dont get any service
