I have a lean on my house and they ruined credit. Panel production was $27 a month what a joke. It got turned of for no payment. People need to stop paying they loan if not satisfied so they can stop giving money to titan who is laughing at everybody even the loan company. They are installing outdated panels. Negative star

Titan Solar is as unprofessional as you can get. We hired them the end of June 2021 for a $50K+ job and had all the financing in place. They came out to take measurements and that's it. Titan just sat on it and did nothing else. Every time we called to ask about how things were going they'd bluster and tell us the city was delaying some permit or some other lie. This company tricked my 77 year old mother into a contract that she now has to pay for. I was present during the explanation where the representative told her that the company was "leasing" space on her roof and she only needed 1-3 panels. She has 10 panels on her roof, which she was told was the reason she wouldn't have to pay. She is now hounded by a collection agency. The scope of this review is purely from an pre-sales and short post-sales experience.They had an aggressive, shady sales tactic where I didn't even realize I was buying from a third party company till the very end of the conversation. They made it sound like this was a *********** subsidiary. We had *one back and forth as to wrath we would convey to solar. We finally decided to do it in hope that we would save money on our electric ****. Titan had a schedule and provided but as thin*s happen steps were pushed back. The main reason for this review is at the last step TEP Ali * with Titan had to do the final inspection to *et the OK to proceed. Which included checkin* and installin* the equip *** the main box. Please be aware of this company. It has to be the worst solar company out there by far. The customer service is a complete joke. I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy. My panels sit on my roofs for 3 months, before they actually completed the inspections to commission my system. I paid 2 months to the finance company, while also paying my electric company. I could never reach anyone thru customer service. Just stay away from this very unprofessional company, its a complete joke, same your time and your money.

I wish I could give this company a negative star. I have lost faith in their business ethic and competence. The project seemed to proceed well until the solar panels were installed. Then the nightmare started. I kept calling the Titans customer service numerous times to let them know that my local electric company had connected the solar panels to the grid. I've written and call this company many times, I'm looking for a legal way to get this done. The company installed a system in my house, several times making technical corrections, one team after the other, contradictions, and many failed inspections. Every time an inspection comes, never provide me any feedback, and I need to call customer service to do follow up, and then failed again many times. I'm already paying 3rd month on loan pal and is not working, no service, it is an absolute scam.
