Titan Solar has the worst customer service I have ever seen. When you call them you have a MINIMUM wait of 45 minutes. They say leave a message and they will respond within 24 - 48 hours. NO-ONE EVER calls back so dont bother waiting the days. Thus you have to wait on hold. Once you finally get someone it takes anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks to get a technician out to you. It took 6 months from the time the Solar panels were installed to finally get them turned on! Its been one holdup after another. I would never recommend this ... read more

Purchased in December of 2021. Then the install process (obtaining permits, ordering the panels, obtains *** approval, etc) started in January of 2022. Fast forward to April of 2022, the day of install. Install seemed to be going ok until they had found out they needed a part that was not ordered correctly (or something similar to that nature). The company got the process moving quickly considering all the Covid issues with getting access to permits and so forth. The team came in from ********* and installed the panels quickly, besides leaving installation garbage (screws and cut ends of tie wraps) left in the yard. Then I had the opportunity to call their tech support to get my invertor enabled so that the system would start producing electricity for me. 30 + minutes on hold, note if you left a message for a call back they would call within 48 hours. I think you have a very unprofessional service team who doesnt listen to their customers and doesnt care about the outcome I just had your service team out to my home after I told them the system was smoking and was really hot they just turned it on and said oh its working and off down the road they went an hour later the unit was admitting smoke overheating and almost caught my house on fire you have a very terrible service team very terrible service I wouldnt recommend you to change a change a light bulb .
Looks like my complaint is about the same as the others I have read. They first showed up to do a site survey and did it on the wrong building. They were told the panels were going on the shop but did the survey on the house. Then they came out again and DID THE SAME THING. Then showed up two months later ready to install everything and AGAIN....had plans to install it ON THE WRONG BUILDING. I would not recommend this company there sales tactics are nothing but lies, they promise to put new insulation in my home, it was a lie but thats one of the ways they get you, I just recently had a problem and I reached out to them and instead of getting back to me and resolving the issues they have just ignored my calls and emails..
This company is fake please don't get solar from them . i waiting 4 months just to find out that my contract was canceled.please read the reviews before going with this company.
Scammers. Non responsive. Signed in January. Now its April, nothing is on. I contact them over and over and no one seems to have a valid response.
