I read these reviews and I see that everyone's experiences are exactly like mine. I get 1 lie after another, broken promises and when I do confront them they do not respond. I started this process in May 2021 and here it is almost December and the equipment is not fully installed nor is the equipment they have installed running yet and my first payment is at the beginning of January. Cuando me visitaron y vendieron el sistema el Vendedor ************************* me dijo que no pagara ms **** de electricidad me lo instalaron en diciembre y ahora es peor tengo 2 billes de electricidad y paneles solares. Me parece que son unos estafadores ahora nadie responde. No crean en charlatanes eso no sirve

After the sale of the panel the company does not want to answer their phones with any answers for issues that come up
My fault for not coming here FIRST before moving forward with Titan Solar Power. All of these ONE-STAR REVIEWS are correct. We are now signed with these $25,000 solar panels that ARE NOT providing PNM (***********, **) any power.Do not do business with Titan Solar.Customer service is abysmal to say the least.
We were quoted a price including a backup battery. Install day came and the battery "was on back order". Months later and still no battery and we're paying for it. We finally got an answer that it never made it into the contract. So we're paying the quoted price which included a battery but will never have one. Not to mention we were told 106% offset on electric ****. We still get a $100+ electric **** every month in addition to our solar ****. I signed the paperwork last year in October to get solar panels installed. The sales rep told me it will all be done by end November. November came nothing then was told first week in December, first week December was told end of December. January February March nothing from Titan. Installation was only done on April. Now had 3 inspections and still no working panels. Try to call Titan just voice mail leave message no one gets back. If they do get back it's always different stories.
