I wish I saw BBB reviews before I agreed to go in to a contract with Titan through a reseller. My system was installed 6/23. My inspection was 8/12 which failed because Titan forgot to get inspection done for the rough in and grounding and the inspector wanted titan to remove the panels for another inspection. It's interesting to me that a commercial install that was extremely expensive to get has had no help from customer service or **********************. The install came and was finished, after which panels started going out randomly each day, producing nothing. I called once/twice a week to get help, and the customer service said we would receive support, and in turn, we received none. They gave us false promises of calling the business owner (my mother) and have not done anything. They haven't called, emailed, or given any up... read more

Worst solar company, at least as far as the sales personal. *********************, which isnt even his real name, was as shady as a time share sales person. He said throughout the presentation that he doesnt work for a specific solar company and he gets paid a salary through the state. Then when Titan popped up on the documentation he said if we look it up ignore the reviews? Like what? Everything leading up to the install was great. Took over a month after the install to actually get the unit inspected and turned on. During the install, one of the installers stepped in the tar paper valley, tearing the tar paper and causing a leak. The first time they came out to fix it, they didn't bother going up on the roof. They put silicon around a few of the screws and left. It leaked again. They came back out on 8/4/22 to fix it but it started raining so they left. Titan was supposed to reimburse us 5 months of payments due to the inability to start our system. 2 months later, still no reimbursement check. If you value your ******************'t use Titan.

Titan took over 5 months to complete my install. They are very understaffed. My system is finally up, the tiles they broke are fixed and the broken water pipe the installers broke was fixed in a week. I do not have confidence that if I had issues, they would be addressed quickly at all.The worst part of the whole solar install experience was the energy broker: Solar Brokers.ALL EMPTY PROMISES. I had a consultation about solar on 7/22/22. I was very interested but had to repair my credit to go forward. Without telling me what I was signing, the quick-tongued salesman (************************* out of the *********, ** office) said that as soon as my credit is good, we can move forward. I was given no time within which I had to cancel. I attempted to cancel the deal on 7/28/22. I received NO communication back from the credit company or Titan. We are currently waiting for our contractor to contact us. We signed a contract in March and the solar panels were installed but nothing has happened since. We have contacted the company several times wit no results. Here it is the middle of August and we still do not have solar power.

I used Titan Solar via Solar Panel Pros in ****** for my Solar. They are terrible. Lies, bad install, bad communication. I would highly stay away from them. ***** (the owner) did my sale and he was terrible. Be warned ??.
