TITAN Solar Power is a scam , they do NOT provide the service as discussed, lies and more lies we signed a contract based on sales representatives , we trusted treat them like family they pro-messed it will cover all my electric bill I would only make panels monthly payments , knowing 15 pannels never will cover my average electricity consumption , all LIES. Very unsatisfied! We have had numerous problems with this company, but this last one where we have had electrical problems because the wires are hooked up wrong, potentially creating a fire hazard. We have had no heating or a/c for three weeks! They said it was our unit, but the repairman said there was 2 positives and no ground and he stated Titan needed to fix it asap because the unit could catch on fire! We have tried for 3 weeks with no call back! Looks like we will have to come out of pocket! Too risky to wait for them!
This company has taken my money for months and I did not have solar panels turned on. This place lies and customer service skills are not in place. I hate that I did business with them and I want all of my money back and these panels off my roof. I signed the deal in December of 21. Panels did not get installed until 18 May 2022. The power wasnt connected until 10 Oct 22. WTF. They have been taking money out of my account since July.
Keep in mind people typically will go out of their way to leave bad reviews more than people will go out of their way to leave a good one. When problems arise people are quick to comment and be negative. However this is in no way a reflection of Titan as an install company. They have thousands of happy customers across the nation that have had clean and professional installs and simply didnt leave any reviews. Terrible. I don't know where to start. Cash sale, large system. They came out, said 2 days for install. Day 3, panels were completed on roof, they leave early, dust in eye or something for electrician wiring it up. They don't come back for over 2 weeks. The second crew, had no idea what was going on. They changed scope of work from first guys. This led to a lot of standing around and nothing being accomplished. Now, over 2 months later, I have had crews out to my house 6 plus times. TITAN Solar Power is a scam company, they do NOT provide the service as discussed, we signed a contract based on the geting 74% of solar enegy and was given on contract 63% but SRP confirm 33%; they said we will pay for two months of SRP bills but will NEVER, all LIES. I have been a Titan Solar customer since 9/21, my backup battery has not worked since 5!22. I have called between 15 - 20 times. Keep getting the same old thing, "We are sorry for the problems and we will call you back with updates. " That never happened. I asked to speak with a supervisor, they promised to give me a production reimbursement, never seen that either. Absolutely the worst customer support service I ever had to deal with.

I have 2 houses Solar installed by Titan. The solar is not working for 5 months now. I keep calling. No one picks up Or call back. I finally got hold through another business. They still have not called back to resolve the issue. I need help asap. I have spent ***** on 2 houses. I need the solar working. I hope BBB helps out and get them to do their job.
I have been using Titan for my solar business since 2016. Previous to that I had used several other companies. Titan always steps up when needed. For a company that does the amount of volume they do, they are top notch.
