Our sales rep was thorough and patiently answered all of our questions. The process was clear. the team handling the Installation was quick . So far, so good. Looking forward to the system going live.
I applied for solar around 7 months ago and am still waiting for it to get hooked up its ridiculous when a person is paying for the solar loan and the electricity bill at the same time. Times are tough for some people especially in a small town . I want this company to get a move on or pay for the loan I'm getting tired of waiting .

My system was commissioned in late Nov '22. I have made 2 payments and was promised the first 6 months of payments to be sent to me to forward to Mosaic, the lending company, since my son was a first responder. I have not received any checks and have repeatedly tried to contact Solar Titan and have not received any phone calls about the issue. I recently learned that they have gone out of business.
