This is the worse company I started with this company in August 2022, they put solar panels on my roof and installed them wrong , so everytime they come out for the final inspection which has been 3 times now they tell me the same thing the plans are wrong, And I am now paying for solar that I don't even have along with my electric bill, I am 74 yrs old and can't afford to pay both bills, They told me they would pay my solar bill, that is a laugh because I have not seen a dime from them and now this month bill is coming up, ... read more

I want to report a crime with the thief being Titan Solar My concern is Titan Solar Power and the treatment Im receiving from the company. I ordered and received my solar panel package in June 2021. June 2021 is when my first payment was due for the installment of my panels were put on the roof and they have been working fine. This has been the worst experience and I deeply regret purchasing solar panels. The panels and battery were installed 5 months ago and I have failed multiple inspections with Nevada Power, so my solar is still not turned on. Titan left the battery charging for several months and as a result my power bill sky rocketed leaving me paying hundreds more on my power bill for the last 3 months, along with a solar panel payment as well. When looking into the project, our team submitted the final documents for approval to NVE on 1/12. They take 10 business days to review and approve and then another 10 business days for them to come out and set the meter.
Salesman lied on several occasions! Now he is coming to my home and harrassing me! Says I'm not letting them put in new electric panel and keep denying them! I haven't talked to anyone! Titan solar panel is a complete rip off. I got solar panels installed at the beginning of 2022. They told me that i was going to pay 40 dollars with everything. After that i got a bill in the mail with titan telling me that the monthly bill is going to be 175 dollars and after that i got another bill from the utility company with the amount that i need to pay is another 135 dollars. I talked to a sales person about getting solar back in August of 2021 signed documents to agree to get solar install. In the documents it states that titan has 60 days to install my solar. It was past the ********************************* April of 2022. After that I didn't hear anything from titan. I tried to reach them only to go to voice mail where I left messages with no call back. the Solar was install 5 months ago and SDGE wont approve because of the improper labeling on the outside the house Panel. I email both Titans and LGCY and this was the response from LGCY "If you could please call Titan Solar Power. The company we had install Titan has broken ties with us. This is the worse company ever, they did the installation and received return my calls. They refused to come back and switch the system on even when I have started paying monthly fees. They promised to come back and check the system and is over three months that they refused to come to check the system and boot it ON. How on earth can do a job and refused to finalize it.
