I have been trying to get answers for months. I cannot get anywhere my system does not work properly and they obviously do not care or what to correct it!
Our sales rep was thorough and patiently answered all of our questions. The process was clear. Titan handled all of the approvals and permits. Installation was quick and right on schedule. So far, so good. Looking forward to the system going live. Wish we had done this sooner.
I wish I read the reviews on this company before we hired them. The worst service ever. Our 3 day solar project took 4 months. Only for multiple crews to come out, multiple days, some had to redo the mistakes from the previous crews, only for it to not work when it was finally time to turn the system on. Have spent hours on hold with the call center trying to get answers throughout the install and can't get an answers. There is no escalation process to speak to a suprevisor when you call, other than they will take your name ... read more
Horrible company !!! Do not use them!!!! They install my system incorrectly & stop returning my calls.
How can I give them less than 1 star? My system has never worked right, just keep getting jerked around. The system was working but the battery backup was not. After their technician "fixed" it, now nothing is working. Very poor response to problems.
Our experience with Titan Solar has been fantastic! From the initial contact, installation and follow up our experience has been stellar. They have a clearly designed process to help understand how each step will go. All of employees who came to install were respectful and very efficient. and equally important, the system works wonderfully - I love being able to see in real time how much money we save from our solar panel installation.
This company is terrible my goal was to get signed up with Sunrun but because I wanted to purchase the solar out right I got pawned off to this terrible company they took forever to do the work then when they did do the work they broke my tiles on ******* couldnt not find the correct color so they sprayed paint ones and they dont match I still have an electrical bill and know Ive got a solar panel loan bill as well do not use this company
I have read two months worth of reviewsand we can relate to nearly every entry except the ones that actually started to get service and use of their equipment but then ultimately disappointed that the system failed. Concerned that if we ever got that far I would have to write another disgusted review. We consider ourselves fairly business savvy but obviously we were completely out of our element to get involved with this company ! Wondering what our recourse could be, if any.
We signed the contract with Titan Solar July 2021 and installation was completed September 2021 without prior permit. Theyve submitted 8 different permits to CPS for approval and still nothing. A team came out and simply mounted the battery in ********** with nothing connected. We have been patiently trying to deal with this absolutely horrible service going into our second year and there doesnt seem to be an end in sight.At this point, we want them to finish NOW or remove the system and pay for any repairs to our roof and w... read more
