Horrible company to deal with, does not provide the certificate required by ********** State tax credits, they avoid any help to provide you with all information required by the state to full fill the forms, nobody takes responsibility about the service they provided, all you get is a we will call you back and sent emails with blank forms so they wash their hands if you submit the paper work for a tax return stimulus for green energy.

Titan Solar Power only fills out a portion of the ** state tax form as that is our only requirement. A team member called this customer on 3/14 to further explain.
**** with Titan Solar was very up front, well spoken, and trustworthy. Through conversation, random timed questions, and concerns; he answered all of them and in a timely manner. With our work schedules I had reservations about a few more things including the Tax incentive and of course the install process. My family have been trying to get a hold of someone to help us sort high electricity bills This is winter for God sake! For months now our panels have not been emitting the ****+ energy it should be sending to ************ We just became aware of this and have tried to reach out to Titan all week. Their phones go straight to voicemail. I have left multiple messages and no response. This is costing us hundreds of dollars. We got solar so avoid a high energy bill but that has not been the case. Multiple complaints of poor customer service and communication on *******

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!Really heartbroken about this company, the customer service is very slow to answer and when they do, you wait 1 hour for them to send you back to 30 more minutes of waiting time.and if that was not enough, they charge to come and inspect DAMAGE to a brand-new roof cause by their techs that reinstall the panels back. the charge for a visit is $450.00 ... that for an inspection on their poor perform job is really out of line. and to be fair to the initial team they are good sales team, but the ... read more
Unfortunately I can not fit my entire story in this review so I left it on their ******** page. This is a company you want to stay away from. From them s******* up the site survey to having multiple install dates, this has been a nightmare. I have damaged shingles and siding. Whether its just cosmetic or not, they are at fault. They left over ****lbs worth of solar panels up against my house in a single stack creasing my siding after about one day. I had to move them myself to prevent further damage.
