Absolutely the worst company ever I have had my solar panels on my roof for 6 months now and they still are not powered on I have been told they were gonna finish up the contract agreement and finish the job for months now Im still waiting for them to finish my electric box install and turn my panels on while paying for something I cannot use its a waste of money never again and I will be going to my lawyer over this issue totally feel played
Awful service, there product doesn't work! Don't trust them with solar panels, you can't save money or energy it's a waste!!!
I stallers ruined my brand new roof and refuse to fix the leaks also i am not saving any money my electric bill has doubled since install *** their project manager refuses to talk to me
I purchased a solar system from Titan Solar Power in December 2021. The system was installed that month. It took them till May ******************************** November 2022 the inverter to the system failed. The replacement inverter was not installed until late January 2023. In May 2023 the second inverter failed and has yet to be replaced. During these three instances of delay I have had to initiate most of the communication. They are breach of contract and are starting to ignore my wife and i. We have gone into debt because of them. They are two months past contract date. Very unprofessional.
WORST customer servicer I have EVER experienced. My inverter has been out for almost 3 months so not only am I paying a $200 panel bill, I've had to pay a $200 & a $300 electric bill. I've talked to 5 different people trying to find out when they will be out to replace the inverter and I've been lied to by every one of them. All promise to call back the next day, I've not received ONE call back. If I could rip the panels off my roof and drop them on their doorstep, I would. They use predatory marketing techniques and forged signatures to get my grandmother to pay ****** dollars without her consent.
Ive been waiting for 2 weeks for a copy of my contract. Which Ive also requested last year and never got it. Why is it taking so long? Do they even have it? I dont recall getting one besides the loan contract. Im infuriated that this is taking so long considering Im selling my home and need it ASAP. *** contacted them more than a handful of times and have received no resolution.
Very poor customer service. My service installation started in January 2023. It has been 6 months and I am still not running on solar. Initially, when they came for the install, they stated that they did not have the right equipment to install, despite doing a site survey months prior. After they started the install, they stated that the powerwall had not been delivered so there was a delay for that.
