We've had the panels for about 8 months. It took more than 3 weeks to get them turned on, then we stopped producing power for about 20 days in May and June because of a pinched wire. Currently we have not been producing power for about 25 days because of an issue with the inverter.This company will not call us back about making a service appointment.They have been awful to work with and do not seem to give a **** about their customers.

Titan Solar is theworst company for Solar! Never can be reached by phone, cell, text or email!! We have problems with our solar and can't ever speak to anyone!! We will be contacting a lawyer!! We would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! Not one decent person in the whole company! I suspect they don't reply back because NO ONE knows what their doing!!

I wish I could go lower on this rating. I decided to go with Titan Solar Power to install my solar system, after talking to five different companies. Their quote and promises seemed to fit my family needs. Since day one I have had nothing but problems. My first couple of bills were the same as the previous year, before I went solar. Bought the system late 2021. Started having problems 2 years later. Each call to customer service requires a ********* hold time, only for them to falsely claim that they will call you back, or to transfer you to another number that is never answered. If a tech arrives, they will totally not fix anything. Very frustrating.
They removed our panels so we can get the roof replaced. They were scheduled to re install them almost 2 months ago and they still are not done reinstalling and now Im paying a solar payment and an aps bill because I cant utilize the panels. I cant get anyone to give me an answer. It to mention they caused damage to the roof during the process.
Solar panels for non profit ? When I joined the *** Board in the April 2022, the process of selecting and contracting with Titan Solar company was done. I asked many questions and people at Titan Solar were referred to by first name only. When I asked what their position in the company was, some were unsure. *** was the salesman. Taking over a year to get the solar panels to work. Gave us a date of when they're coming to fix it and never showed up. Still waiting for it to be fix
Titan Solar has yet to fix the issue Ive been having for months. One of the reps sent me a text telling me on August 22, 2023 a tech would come out and take a look at my solar panels. Well its the 22nd now and the person doesnt answer their phone or text me back. Ive been on hold for over 20 minutes now. I dont understand what the hold up is.
Horrible customer service use any other company for solar besides them. After installation if anything goes wrong even if its covered under warranty no one will help no one returns calls texts or emails. My panel hasnt been working for months and no one returns my calls. The worst part its covered under a 10 yr warranty only a yr old. **** never recommend this company to anyone.
