We bought a house and assumed a loan for titan 6 months ago. We know nothing about solar and how it works. This is the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with in 50 years of home ownership. No one seems to know what is going on, blame is shifted from one person to the next, customer service is awful if you can even get someone to respond. No one person seems to be responsible for owning the customer experience post sale. My panels were installed in October '22, and install was not completed until mid-January '23. I contracted with Titan Solar of ** for installation of Tesla batteries and wiring for EV to garage. They provided bid in May 2022 for installation of 2 Tesla batteries to my current system. I paid $12400 deposit and they still have not completed installation. They also failed to acknowledge that I order 2 batters and tried to instal 1 battery for the price of 2. This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. Misinformation from the very beginning including sales person's info on tax rebate. Now I have been waiting for a few weeks to have them communicate with me and the roofers to uninstall and reinstall panels for roof repair. I was first given an estimate that more doubled in one year for this process. Then I was told to set up an email thread with them and roofers which I did so that their coordinators could set it up.
