I really do not appreciate someone coming to my door and lying saying they work for duke energy in an attempt to sell me solar power. Soliciting is not allowed in my neighborhood despite that being posted everywhere they still can to my front door. And attempting to impersonate an employee of my energy company. I will be filing a complaint with the state regarding this.
From the company sales to the customer service representatives, ********************** of ********** (hereafter, TSPNM) has failed. Due to a misplacement of an electrical box and subsequent failure of TSPNM to fill out a required ********************** of ********** (hereafter, PNM) form calling for inspection of these construction modifications. I have Titan solar panels on my house for the last 4 months and still not up and running this is been the worst purchase of my life at $100,000 I already making payments got an email for final inspection June 1st the inspector shows up May 31st 2023 my inspection is supposed to be June 1st 2023 I would never recommend this company to anybody I've already passed my papers to my lawyer to find a way to get this taken off my house worst company out there will never ever do business with this company again I have a 10K system an... read more
This is very unfortunate that I have to report this complaint. This company has lied to us in more ways then I can count. Since having solar installed by Titan dealing with them has been a complete joke, an utter disaster, worst decision I've ever made and fully regret ever letting them install equipment on my house. Every time I call for an issue or need a service, firstly, a minimum of 30 minutes on hold. Then the multiple transfers with equal or greater wait times. This review is not so much for Titan as it is for one of its Reps. *** name is ************************* and he was the gentleman I dealt with when he worked for the solar company I went through, and by the way, am having trouble with currently. Anyways, I called ***** and found he is now working for Titan Solar. Regardless of his new employer, he helped me fix the issue I was having with my solar system by being the go-between with my current solar company. Titan solar is a scam!!! Do not use for your own wellbeing mental and financial. They are horrible with any customer service and push off everything to 6 other different companies. We are getting a lawyer save yourself from going through this too.
We had solar system installed on January 5, 2023. Had problem with connecting to ************ Despite phone calls and emails it was not until January 27 for someone to come out. Could not fix. Was not until middle of February for someone else to come out. Could not fix. Still would not respond to calls o email. Finally someone finally fixed the problem around first of April. It only took county inspector and Duke one week to get approval to operate. Finally on April 11, May 2, system went down. Back up April 8, down on April... read more
