This review is for the *********** location.We've been without total power to our house since Saturday 5/13. We found that our Solar Edge inverter has an error and my mom contacted ****** (our solar system installer) to get someone out to triage and possibly fix the problem. She's called everyday this week and they will take down her information but not call back. That terrible customer service full stop. We can understand not having someone come out right away but what we will not tolerate is someone not calling back.

Worst company ever. They never return calls. Fail to inform when they will be showing up to the home. Have to be told multiple times by Building Inspectors and Electric Company to fix their work. DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY! Buyer beware and learn from our mistakes. We have been under contract since February 21, 2022 and still do not have solar power hooked up, however I have had to pay for the panels for the past six months. There is no recourse. Not someone who writes reviews, but feel this is the best way to get the word out about how awful this company has been to work with.Issue #1 with Titan We were told our payments would be $180 a month for the panels which was a great deal compared to what our average APS bill was estimated to be. In fine print (not advertised when you sign up) that if you don't give them your solar tax credit you get from the government after year 1, your bill goes up. Mine went up $50 a month. Horrible experience. Do not use this company. It has now been almost 14 months and I have been making payments and do not have solar. It is always some excuse. They are completely incompetent and unprofessional. They blame the electric company but it is more often their issue as they are not prepared for the inspection or permitting. There are plenty of companies out there but this is not the one you want to use. I wish I had read the reviews! Clearly my experience is not unusual.
Worst experience ever. My panels were installed in December and just started working. Weve been paying for light and panels. These guys gave me false information about the tax rebate, time of operation, inspection times etc. it took me hours at times to get through someone to respond and get something done. Very frustrating experience. I would not recommend them to no one. These guys are reliable and should not be doing this to working people.
The worst solar company Ive ever dealt with as a sales rep. I have quite literally never gotten a correct pay check. **** adders. If they mess up pay I have to wait two weeks for a correction
Poor installation process a I keep getting the run around as to when my panels will be up and running. This has been going on since November 2022. I have even paid my panels off and still can't get any satisfaction ??
