Very unsatisfied! We have had numerous problems with this company. This company is a rip off solar power did not lower my bill now pauh two bills. Since had installed roof is leaking and mold build up in my home. Called several times two different teams have came out without fixing the problem. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY IT IS THE WORST.

Had an install set up, had to have a repair done to the patio that would run into the installation time, called to reschedule, sat on hold, transferred around when I got someone to set on hold again, had to make a BBB complaint to get the stuff installed, at that point I should have cancelled everything as they final came out to install, now they are showing up late to turn it on after the electric company has left since nobody from Titan was here. Poor business to work with. No customer contact when promised. No service as promised. Changed my email address on file to one I did not recognize. Transient work force. Still having to pay my regular electric bill as well as the solar installation. Two monthly bills for electric service. Don't waste your time with these people
Recently did some work for Titan solar, I've had to hound them down every day to get paid for the service we provided. Still have not received payment extremely professional.
We have had our panels installed and now using them for a month. We have had not one problem so far. The panels are generating and doing well. Thank you Titan.
We had panels installed to cover 106% of our current power usage. The system comes with a 25 year warranty including cornered repairs. Our system worked well until the beginning of July, when it suddenly stopped. Repeated calls to Titan resulting in no action for 3 months. After daily calls, they finally installed a part from a 3rd party company mid-September. The part failed immediately within moments of installation. Titan has been the only company willing to take on my solar ground mount in the mountains, with a battery bank.
I bought a house with solar panels and was still paying a light bill. Since the contract was with the prior owners I received no perks, but if they broke down then it would be covered under warranty. Titan solar came to my house and I decided to add a few more panels, BIG MISTAKE!!!!
