Titan continues to be unresponsive in service and warranty claims. The system never has produced the rated KW. Last Mar. after installation, peak production only reached about 87% of rated on a cloud free day. With more direct sun in June, peak production actually decreased to 72% of rated. Currently with sun intensity similar to last Mar., peak production remains at 72% of rated. ********** sheet states efficiency at 98% for the 1st year. So 72% of rated is a significant shortfall. I have not been happy with the service from Titanium either. We have 18 panels installed on our home and only 6 of them are working. I started calling back on Sept 26th and have yet to be able to get somebody here to my home to fix them. I have called 5 times only to be told I will receive a call back or I'm being "put on a list" for service and never hear anything back or get any kind of customer service care. Ive had solar for roughly three years with Titan. The same component has gone out twice in one year, leaving me to pay higher electric bills while also continuing to pay on the loan for faulty equipment. If the company would come out and resolve it quickly, I would not have an issue. Instead, they advise that a tech would be calling me to schedule an appointment within 48 hours. The second worst business I have ever worked with.Titan does not communicate at all with its customers.They categorize their projects into the status and send you a link to a portal that has no specifics about what is going on with the project and where it sits. if you call them you don't get a response, if you email them, you don't get anything but an automated response.Their planning and or execution is also awful.I had them schedule the final inspection while I had bare conductors hanging off my PV system and a hole in my... read more

Extremely unhappy with service. Friendly and apologetic but not helpful. Been without working panels since May. Been trying to get my upgraded inverter installed since beginning of September. The times Ive called, I sit on hold for **** hour for a total of about five hours. And still no appointment for my inverter installation. All I get is we sure understand your frustration. I wish I would've read these reviews prior to buying. My story is similar to almost everyone else's. System was agreed to in Dec. Inspection, permitting and install took months with little to no communication. Finally installed in May 2022 but hasn't been reporting energy since Aug 6th. Multiple calls (no one answers), emails ( no one responds - auto response). It's outrageous. Solar edge, the app that monitors the connection/panels said inverter was bad. Titans ******* office has been an amazing experience so far. ************* was super upfront about what to expect. System has been on for 6 months now and I have no complaints! Very honest people and great customer service! Highly recommend doing your solar through Titan! ??

The worst company I have ever dealt with. To win my business, they gave me a 55 day install agreement signed by the salesman. About a month later, a crew from ********* put the panels on the roof and some kindof control box on the side of the house, but did not connect it to the electric panel. Three months later and with no contact with Titan (they do not communicate at all) I had to pay my first payment to their finance company Goodleap of $180.00. They installed the solar panels @ November 2021 tried to **nnect with choice of electricity ** but took until February 2022 and till this day they are not working. We have to pay for the solar panels and electric light bill both @$ 500 which is over the payment we can afford also theyre is a lien on our property which we were never informed of that the salesman lied to us about getting a credit which we dont qualify reason being we are retired and dont meet the amount of money for that poor service no one has tried to reach ... read more
