Great reputable installers got installed in less than 4 hours for a 9.2 kilowatt system thank you Titan!
This is a scam company. They installed the panels but connect the rest. Its a waste of time trying to reach out to them. And worst part we are getting charge for an incomplete service!!!
I think Titan Solar Power should not be allowed to operate if all they are going to do is lie to everyone and not return calls or emails.When they came to my residence I should have told them to get lost as my wife suggested. They installed the panels and the solar connect and disconnect and did not say anything about the 200 hundred amp main breaker panel having to be replaced.That was on July 12th 2022,now almost 2 months later they and APS tell me not only does the panel have to be changed but also relocated. When searching for a reputable solar ********************************** sales company you should first start by finding out WHO the installer partners with to do their sales for them! The solar sales company is very important... The sales person is separate from the installer, they just sell the installers product! Titan is just the installer! Quick to sell solar panels. Impossible to get them to service them! Customer service is an absolute nightmare. So sorry I got taken by a smooth talking snake oil salesperson. My solar panels worked for 2 months. Now, nothing for the last 30 days. I wish I could have them removed.
Absolutely a horrible company. I have tried calling and emailing this company. I have never gotten a response. Spent hours waiting on their hold line trying to get someone to talk to me but no one ever answers. My solar panels are not producing what they said they should. So guess what I still have a $200 electric bill. On top of paying my loan amount to have to solar panels. As of right now I wish I could go back in time and never go solar. Waste of money.
After a month of arguing with them about where to put them cause they told us they can't put them where we were quoted they finally installed them February 2nd 2022. It took them forever to come and do the inspection only to find out that they put the wrong size wire, they fixed it. I had to get with the electricity company to come out and put on the correct meter. March 31st 2022 solar panels were turned on and working great. I was told in November of 2021 that my house was perfect for solar and it was going to save me a whole bunch of money. The salesman knew I was a single mom and a teacher so he got it. Cut to ***** when the panels were finally installed and July when I finally was able to turn them on. I just received a power **** that is literally no lower than normal. Tried to contact Titan Solar for a quote for removal and reinstall of my solar panels so I could get some patch work done to my roof. I have reached out to them multiple time via email, customer request and 1/15 phone calls that they picked up on after being on hold for 1-2 hours each time.
