This company does bad business. Anyone looking for solar panels go with Tesla or ******* Titan partners with Solar Edge for certain components, and Solar Edge components malfunction when there is an excessive heat wave, so you have to get the part from Solar Edge, then you have to have Titan come out and fix it, I first contacted Titan 2 1/2 months ago and Im barely getting my panels fixed tomorrow. This company should not be in business period. I've been waiting on my solar project to be completed since March and I've been getting nothing but excuses and extensions. My new completion is now set for 6-8 months, so sometime in 2023. If anyone is getting solar, stay clear of Titan Solar Power.

TOTAL scam! ! ! So, now I am being ghosted after spending a lot of money on a non-working system? And this isn’t a total scam?!? A lot of electricity could have been purchased for the amount of money I spent on your solar system. Oh, yes. It “worked” for a couple of months producing the exact amount of energy used - a lucky coincidence, I am sure. Then, during the hottest, sunniest months in Colorado – zero. I got permission to operate on 9/7/2022. I followed the steps mentioned in the email. One of the inverters, getting 75% supply, is not working. I have contacted the helpline pus support email addresses multiple times to no avail. Poor response and service. Don't get fooled by the solar sales companies and the contractor (Titan Solar). Not recommended at all.The sales companies had promised ZERO electricity bill. I got a $350 bill last month.
This is the worst mistake I HAVE EVER MADE and I am (80). They STUCK me with GOODLEAP which is a LOAN SHARK COMPANY. They have somewhere in tiny print (I am almost blind) that it is an INTEREST FIRST loan company and that is USUROUS. FOR 25 YEARS YOU ARE STUCK with only paying the Interest first so if you make any extra payments they take PENNIES and apply it to the interest. I was contacted by phone on Aug 15***** by a rep of titan solar who told me that ****** **************************************** had programs that will pay 100% for Solar panels because the state over the next 5 years was going Solar . The sales pitch was believable and even when I asked many times about financing I was told no money out of my pocket and never a payment as long as I lived in my home . Titan Solar should be prosecuted & dissolved. DO NOT BUY SOLAR PANELS!!!! I was promised so much, including no more electric bills, and two years later, my APS bill is identical to what it was before solar panels. Titan claims my panels are working at 100% which is real strange since it's doing nothing for me in terms of my APS bill. Please do not buy, all you'll be doing is incurring great debt for literally NO good reason.
WORST Solar company ever. We paid our solar system CASH and our system has FAILED inspection 4 times. Our system has been installed for over 3 months and it has failed inspection 4 times. 2 for the same issue, once it was resolved the inspector found another issue. We are scheduled for 15 days after to come and install what is needed, 15 days!. Don't make the same mistake we did. Stay away from this company, you will regret it.
