My solar panels were completed the beginning of this year. Over the last few months, my electric **** is higher than ever, more than I was paying before AND I have a monthly payment for the panels. As result, I am paying almost double for electricity. I have spoken with my rep numerous times. He assures me he'll check into it. I sent him another communication today. Next step is a formal complaint.

we had titan come out and install panels. however before that they had to redo the insulation in the attic. this area however is over the converted garage when the company came out to do so they knelt or stepped on the dry wall for the ceiling thus creating a crake. when we first contacted them and sent pictures of the damage over a year ago, we never got a response after that, even when a tech came out took pictures as well. then not even a month ago the ceiling came crashing down. we again contacted them, this is when we w... read more

We signed an Agreement with Titan Solar in September 2021 to have solar installed. In October 2021 the exterior of the property was inspected (by drone), and the interior inspection to check rafters would support solar panels. Passed those inspections. In April 2022 the panels were installed but not connected to a breaker/fuse box inside the property. They were connected to a 'box' in the porch that connects the power for the garage to the power in the house. An Inverter and Breaker were installed on the exterior of the porc... read more

Titan installed solar on my home back in February. I had my system actually turned on May 1 2022. My summer bills have been shaved off a ton and the installation looks great, however I should have asked to have the conduit run through the attic. It doesnt look the best on top of the roof. I wish someone would have offered me that option. With that being said My rep was extremely helpful throughout the process and very communicative whenever my wife and I had questions. We where told that our monthly for the solar panels would be $55 and that the most we would be paying for our electrical **** would be $30 dollars. We have now had the panels up and running for a month and our **** was $175. This is higher than it was before we got the solar panels. I called Titan and was told that a supervisor would call within two business days, its been a week with no call back. Overall experience has been very positive. We found little incidents here and there and even they have been very responsive. They're very professional. Installation process was smooth. From the sales, from installation, from the support to the event the service support outside. They have all been very understanding of all my needs and my expectations.
