I was hoping I did not have to write a review on yelp but it seems to be the only way that I might get some attention. I had my solar panels installed by Titan solar earlier this year and had the Tesla Power wall batteries installed a couple of months ago. They have broken into my power system, and my house is in a mess because of their installation. They promised to fix and pay for the fix and the electrician. Since November 2021, they have not paid/reimbursed the electricians who attended the problem. I have two electricians on my back for nonpayment... what is the next step, short of hiring attorneys?

If I could leave a zero I would. Bought my system in September 21, just got my battery installed last week. They were supposed to call me last week to have it wired up. Cricketspar for the course for this company. The incentive offered to by system was a large a green egg smoker, when I inquired about it, they informed me the sales company went out of business and they would not honor the agreement. This company put solar panels on my roof but ignored the engineering specifications we agreed to beforehand, made short-cuts, damaged the roof while they installed and said they didn't, and still charged the same. The system they set up for measuring input-output also does not work and I've been on hold several times with them for several hours and still, no one will come out and resolve the issue. Was told several things that arent true have been trying to get out of the contract since first install began salesman shouldnt be there if you sign up for something based off what we were told and now to find out none were true tell the truth and not lie to get more ppl to sign up
Unacceptable ownership of THEIR installations less than 1 year post install. I've had a failed inverter for a month now, and no response from titan other than we have to RMA the product, and of course supply chain issues are going increase the the replacement time. Less than 1 YEAR post install, you would think a reputable company would take some ownership of their installation.
Wow, I can not believe how great this company is! I had a wonderful experience getting solar panels installed on my home. I feel that they compliment the looks of my home, all while saving me money! I am saving 28 dollars a month with solar, and getting paid ***** from the government. Somehow I also am getting a year of electricity for free. Titan Solar Power sold some solar roofing to two senior adults with dementia who did have a clue what they where doing. $52,000 worth for 5 panels. This is taking advantage of people.

I'm gonna get straight to the point. This company SUCKS! Nothing has gone as scheduled. I started this "process" in October 2021. The actual installation didn't occur until the last week of March 2022. Its now June 6th, I'm STILL not switched over. I think the real problem here is that there's nobody to complain to. The Sales Rep sold a package/product that he probably believed was legit. So I'm not mad at him. I routinely call the 1-877-say-solar number; where I generally get put on hold for ***** minutes.
