Titan installed a solar panels system in January, it is still NOT on!! I called there a number of times!!! I would NEVER hire this company to build anything for me!! Today is April 15 and still waiting!!!
Titan solar seemed like the right choice, initially. Our mistake was to not do more research on this company. It has taken over a year to get our solar panel system up and running. We tried being patient, because we understood that supply chains were disrupted because of the pandemic. However, Titan does not communicate very well with their customers. This company does not deserve the one star standing. Their salesman made lots of promises gave many examples of satisfied customers. All of his statements were a lie, during the process this company switch salesman on us. Their promised sales pitch was a Generac generator and a rebate check. Now that the system is in, their famous line is "If it not in the contract, you don't get it ." The salesman was a young man of Asian decent. My husband and I explained the only reason we would go with Titan is because of the generator. ... read more
They did great work installing solar on my house. They were friendly, respectful and fast. I would highly recommend this company.

If you want to wait a year between signing and getting your project completed only to have it go down 3 days later and then get ignored by the service department then go with Titan

I am still waiting for the solar system to start working. Not only am i paying for the system, i am also paying a huge electric ****. I have yet to see the "surplus" that my panels are supposed to create. I have tried multiple times to reach a customer service person and no one will answer or return my call. Are these people still in business?? If they are not, i will stop making my payments.

Do not get a system from Titan Solar! I was very pleased with the deal I got initially. **** my salesman was very helpful. It was all downhill from there. I started the process in July, on August 28th my project was approved by CPS power here in ***********. They drug their feet and didnt get around to installing it till October. Since they have been installed Ive been waiting for them to hook it up so I have all the panels installed but still no power. When the guys installed it they told me they cant fit it the way it was ... read more
