The short answer is, "Do not under any circumstances use this company."The agent I spoke, ***********************, with not only lied about the solar system's production, stating it would cover 90% of my **** when it only covers 40% but also about the cancelation policy. ***** told me that I had until someone came to inspect the home to cancel. He failed to mention that walking around the house counts as an inspection, which means you lose the ability to cancel. Furthermore, if you attempt to cancel after the grace ******* y... read more

I purchased my Solar panels/system over 2 years ago. It took about 9 months to get them installed. I was paying for them before they were even turned on!!! Then 2 months in they just stopped working. The company who sold me the panels changed their name to Sunsolar all of the sudden but Titan Solar installed them for some reason. I contacted Sunsolar and they fixed the inverter after about 2 months of $400 electric bills. Here we are exactly a year after they fixed the inverter and its out again!!! I contacted Sunsolar and th... read more

I was excited about not having much of a ***************. Never was offered a battery and when I called kub they told me that I needed a battery. I called multiple times and they said at the time of 2019 they did not offer batteries. The cost would be *****. My husband and I had already spent over *****. I wrote the company and no results. When they had a promotion and offered the battery, why we couldn't be included. Then they said they could sell a small battery for ****

I wish I had read these reviews before signing on the dotted line with Titan Solar Power.Their sales person was in his early twenties and not trained very well. I should had recorded the meeting with him. He promised the world and delivered the ghetto in *********. My electric **** has been higher every month since the system was installed than it was before. If there were the only solar company doing installations in this country I would not recommend them for any kind of work.

They sold me way more panels than I needed although it was my main concern during the design process of the project. I talked to several engineers who assured me that the number was correct but now looking at my bills I can see clearly that it's not. I sell almost half of the energy produced by my panels back to the energy company for pennies while paying premiums for the panels. My overall expenses went up, not down as promised. And I can't get anyone to answer or return my calls, customer service is nonexistent which makes... read more

I was promised working solar panels by 4/22/22. The first inspector approved the work on 3/09/22. I refinanced my home to include a payoff for Titan Solar of $24,527.76; I expected the work to be completed by the funding day. Titan got their money on 6/30/22 and I still DO NOT have a working solar system. I have contacted their office by phone several times and on the last call yesterday, I was advised I should contact the BBB One week after pay off and I am still waiting for some kind of response from Titan as to when my jo... read more

Had the same problem as below! Broken roof tiles all around my solar panels. Contacted company, said they would access and get back with me. Pieces of roof tiles continually falling off roof. No reply from company. The refuse to return my calls we even had some one come by to check out our roof. The roofer told us this was a lot of damage from the solar panels. Our roof was 3 years old.

I purchased a solar panel system from Titan Solar Power and specified that I wanted the new system to be joined with an existing solar system that I have on my house. The sales man at the time told me that they could do that and sold me the panels and equipment with it being attached with the existing solar system by installing an inverter to take the load of both systems. I went ahead with the project and stopped the construction when the installers were starting to the safety switches and inverter on the front of my house.... read more
