When we allowed the salesman for Titan Solar Power, to come into our home, we relied on him to tell us about Solar power. He told us that once the panels were installed, that we will not be getting a **** from **** Energy. He was either a very good liar or didn't know what he was talking about. Titan installed a solar panel system on my house on April 9th (6 months after signing paperwork to start the process). Took less than a day and the installers were very nice. HOWEVER, it's all been downhill since then. They came by a few times to inspect/make adjustments to the system - never notifying me in advance. I imagine this is related to why it took the local utility company so long to install a new power meter (4 months later). I have had the longest year getting the panels. Finally in May 2022 got them turned on and working. I was told that I would be generating 100% solar and that I would not be getting any electric ****. Three month and I have been paying two notes. The solar note and an electrical **** every month of $ 230-$260.00. Now, I see that out of the (2) inverters I have only one is charging and the second inverter is not working and that is 25 panels. Originally I have 47 panels on my roof. We were sold solar panels and Titan Solar was our installers. It has been a horrible experience! We started May 2021 and were told that we would no longer have an electric **** by the salesman (who worked for vivint). Well, we were having trouble getting our installation date and he disappeared after September. I had to reactivate my linked in account and send a message to the Vice President just to get installation completed and that was in DECEMBER! The salesman here in ******* "Dev" had the audacity to send my husband a picture of our house with newly installed solar panels with the text.. "You're kidding me?" all because we didn't choose Titanium Solar.. let me tell you why we didn't and why its so important to shop around when it comes to installing solar all at once......his quote only covered 3/4s of our energy needs.. and offered NO BATTERY for storage..all for $70k... we went with another consultant company after checking our options.. and for LESS than that $70k... read more

I purchased my Solar panels/system last year, they were installed in February and not completed and running until May. I also was billed for them before they were even turned on!!! I was reimbursed for ***** and was told I would continue to be reimbursed until we were up and running. In May I turned in my "proof of payment" to be reimbursed.
