Over a year to get my solar system running and a pain throughout the entire process. Started paying for my system 4 months before it was even operational and no reimbursement was made. Still paying an electric bill even though we had built the system 2Kw over my highest demand over the past year. Half of my solar panels are facing the wrong direction like seriously how do you s**** that up. So my system has not been performing as it should and I have been trying for weeks to contact someone. Literally impossible to get ahold... read more

I signed a contact with a roofing company and they talked me into getting solar panels to save money. My solar panels are though titan solar power, I got them a year ago. It took them 6 months to put them up and I havent had communication with them about an inspection. I called the **** number and sometimes I would be on hold for hours. My Solar panels still havent passed the inspection and I have reached out to five different customer service representatives and I still havent received any answers. They are taking money out... read more

They sent three days of people out to finish the install that had already been finished. They waited so long that the permit expired and now we have to wait even longer. Unable to get in touch with anybody, currently on hold for an hour to try to find out when they will finish the install that was quoted to be done five months ago. I wish we had looked them up before signing anything with them.

I do not think this Company is on the up and up. If my Solar System was purchased in April 2021, why is there a problem with the Inverter? Thus causing me extra money for my electric bill. From other online reviews, the Inverters seem to be the number one cause or factor of the panels not working. I think this should become a class action lawsuit against this company, when the panels were purchased I am almost sure, the sells person did not tell the homeowners the Inverters would fail within a matter of time. I am not willin... read more

Do not waste your money. They make it seem like it will be the best thing ever but in reality it is a waste of time. It has been almost 7 months and we have yet to be completed installation. When they came and installed the panels they apparently put one s**** into a wire that powers half our home and when I complained about it, they said it was something we did. They keep sending people out to rewire it but it has yet to be fixed. Now were paying on it when were not even using it. WITH OUR POWER STILL NOT WORKING. If I coul... read more

Generac put me on Titan to install my solar power. The whole process has been a mess. Two years after paying I still dont have a fully functioning system. **************** may be the worse Ive ever dealt with. Communication with the company is almost impossible. Appointments for service have taken from one to four months. For my last appointment I tried to confirm via voice mail, email and text, no response. On the day of the appointment I actually got through on the phone in mid afternoon and was told they were coming. No o... read more

I had my ststem of panels in May and have had four bills come in. My normal summer bills were averaging $140. And now with the panels (only 12) I pay Goodleap $65. per month and Duke $125 per month for an average now of $190. per month for both. And, this is $50 more a month that what I was paying. They said too few panels were installed but gave me no remedy for this. So, guess I am stuck paying $50 more per month for 25 years! **************** is awful as you can wait 30 or 45 mintues and still on one will answer the phone... read more

Titan Solar installed the panels last year in November and theyve only works for three months out of this whole year. They are unresponsive. Tired of sending emails and making phone calls with no fox to the issue. They claim that the inverter keeps going out. Its already been replaced twice but you have to wait months for the new one to get in. Meanwhile your stuck paying the loan on the panels and the electric bill. They also promised that the solar panels was going to cancel the eclectic bill, that never happened. Now payi... read more
