We were told there would be a signing bonus. Then there were multiple installation issues. After 6 months we finally passed our inspection, and now they still havent come out to turn in the solar panels! They wont answer at customer service, they lied about this signed bonus $2100!!Ive now made two $145 payments for the solar panels (Goodleap) and we still have no solar! This is not okay!!Terrible. Lies. No response to our calls. Solar Still not turned onsmells like a scam!

We contracted with Titan Solar in July of 2021. The cost was $35,000, which we have paid in installments as the work was done. They now have all the money except for $1,000, which is the payment once the final inspection if OK'd by the City. It now seems that the inspection will not take place for at least another month. A phone call today from them, told us that they have "lost one inspector" and don't have anyone to come out during the city inspection. This has been a pattern with this company. Terrible customer service. I have been trying to get a hold of Titan solar and nobody will return my calls and address my concerns and complaints. Delays on the progress of installation, inspection and being turned on has been terrible. It has cost me a lot of time and money of my own. I am very upset that I chose Titan solar for my solar system. I wanted solar power for many reasons and all I have now is regrets.

System was installed October 27th and here on February 7 it has yet to be turned on. Install was quick, but they do not follow up with paperwork/inspections after they have your money. Worst part is every time you call to push the process forward as I don't think they are aware at any point, the wait is 30+ minutes and their elevator music is 20 seconds and then they tell you about charities they give to and tell you about available jobs. ** batter recall per service call no answer to when replacement will be made. We have made several attempts to find out what will be done no answer to phone calls, leaving of the phone number to reply to or email. The batteries were put in due to a better deal but have not lasted 4 years with a multiple year warranty but this is a recall due to a toxic smoke that can happen. Job sight Tsp *****.Has taken 10 months and not on yet.I have been paying ****** sence November . I would like a refund. For all the months iv paid and no solar just setting on the house.It's been 10 months. They blamed the city . I called the city and Titan gave them bad drawings on the wrong house. Last inspection has been done and failed.Titan came out the same day and worked on it to fix the problem. Now weighting again. I want my refund from all these months I've been paying. On Feburary 13 I will pay the 4th payment.

Ive been trying to work with this company since July. All I get is lies my solar isnt on and I still dont have my generator. They blame everyone else expect getting the job done. Ive never worked with such a poor group of people that dont care. In 6 months all I have is decorated roof that provides nothing yet the company makes me pay monthly for solar panels that wont work and no generator.

So, I went from super excited about getting solar; to anger I have something on my roof Im paying for. ?? CAUTION they will try to switch out what you ordered for cheaper sets. Titan showed up on the 8th of October, 2021 to install my equipment. I had ordered the micro-inverter system Enphase. Will they to it upon them selfs to change the plans and equipment with the cheaper, bigger, less efficient string inverter system. Which seemed very shady and gave me an uneasy feeling.
