This is by far the best solar company out there. Since day 1 of speaking with my specialists, it has been an easy and awesome experience. They became our friends and we even went bowling!! The whole process has been smooth. Our panels have been installed and they are working great. We were kind of skeptical of how they would look on our roof but now we LOVE the new look. I don't really write reviews but this company really was top notch compared to anything I've worked with lately. I do construction work but I recently had a install done by Titan. The first time titan came out it was just a quick site survey. He let me know that my house checked out ok! The install wasn't too far behind that. I Had a **** kw system, and total time it took for them was 2 days. Pretty much had most done in one day. My system makes all the energy I need and I have not had any leaks, issues or problems. Im really happy with Titan, I was a little nervous reading some of the negative reviews , however they did a great job. They communicated with me the entire way and were very honest. Would definitely do business with them again: I refereed them to all of my friends and family

Titan Solar, in ***** **, has truly screwed me over. A year after installation, the entire system is working at subpar levels and, analysis has been sent to and reviewed by Company, and I was promised 9 additional panels to be installed to correct the situation. I have not heard any more from Titan Solar on when this will be rectified. I have lost all hope, and now am paying way more out of pocket than not having a solar system at all. Currently waiting on this company to finish installing my system, every step has been really rough. First day they are suppose to install my solar panels which is supposed to only take 1 day; the crew showed up with no solar panels, so they had to schedule another appointment. Then on the day of said next appointment this company NO SHOWED and did not bother to let me know, so I sat at home all day and all afternoon waiting. They installed the solar panels and got paid by the finance company. They walked away without making the solar panels work and havent heard from anyone as to when they would make the panels work. Now Im stuck paying my electric **** and the finance company. Who knows how long this will continue. When I called Titan they they are washing there hands and just leaving me out yo fend for myself. Once they get paid you become no to them. I will be stuck with a big ****.

Wish there was either a zero or negative star option. Horrible communication and extremely overpriced. Steer clear of this company that will sell you on money-saving, receiving tax credits, dealing with your HOA and ease of use. Once you sign the contract, you will not receive ANY benefit explained to you during the sales pitch. Ive had to spend hours a day trying to figure all of this out. If there was a negative star option which there should be this company needs a 5 start rating in BAD BUSINESS!! Steer clear from these crooks. They lie to your face and have engineers draw up a proposal to have lower electricity bills. Why are mine the same and now I have to pay 36K for solar panels that don't cover my usage. Also we were sold on the ** Tax credits that were entitled to. However the state needs info and Titan does not want to give me that info so now I might not get my tax rebate.
