First let me just put out that I have read through the negative reviews and titan solar response is always the same. "it was not us it was the contracted third party salesman's fault" The gentleman that sold us our panels was kind, courteous and well informed. I have no issue with him. My issue is directly with titan solar. I have a hard time getting any responds on my solar panels.
We have been working with Titan for our solar for a while now and they have done a really great job keeping us informed with our install and post install they really valued my experience. They are very responsive when I have needed servicing, and really do a great job holding up to their warranty. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for solar. Specifically we worked with Revo, and they have done a great job for us. Thank you Titan and Revo!
I am very is appointed with Titan Solar. Almost from the beginning it has been it has been delays , excuses, more delays and promises not fulfilled. Out sales representative was misleading, did not provide what he promised. That being for one, a hard copy of the contract for us to read before the 3 days cancellation. And he quoted us one monthly price, showed it to us on his computer. We were happy about that but that was not what was on the loan company contract. Super unhappy to find out that our system has not been producing since January! IT IS NOW END OF JULY!!! Called their office and they don't know why its not producing nor do they have any monitoring to let you know. This just all around ***** because I have wasted hundreds of dollars due to this error. I suggest trying Tesla - maybe they can monitor the output so that this doesn't happen to anyone else. SIMPLY TERRIBLE!!!

If I could put zero stars here, I would. We have been their "customer" since March.First they have you sign a contract, and everything moves forward seemingly smoothly/quickly. The roofers almost immediately showed up to re-roof the house, and then the next week people came to install the ********************** panels. Starting off everything seemed fine. Once we moved forward and were waiting on install the manager over our project lied about the product going on our home. We were waiting on a specific panel that we had signed a contract for. Because of covid stuff was moving in slow so when the manager **** called he told us we were getting 2 free panels as a courtesy. Very frustrated and unhappy with titan solar power. For one thing, they as a company have very poor communication, ie. not calling to set up a time to install and just showing up instead when no one is home, not returning calls for weeks, etc. It is very unprofessional. Just trying to set up and appointment or get a return call is a hassle. We had **** ***** install our solar system August of 2019. Since then Titan has taken over **** *****.My system went down March 31st of this year without us knowing which means no solar help for 2 months.Back when Inty controlled system they let me know when I was down which they did and replaced my Inverter.This time around nobody contacted us when Inverter was down again.Long story short is we need another inverter in less than two years cause as the tech explained we have a 12K system with a 10K inverter.My warranty is fo... read more
