I understand that the pandemic of 2020 and 2021 has caused some issues. However, I believe that Titan Solar Power is best summed-up in one word: sorry. I have 100 documented phone calls that I had to deal with in trying to get my system installed. This is a time period from June 2020 thru March 2021. It should in no way, pandemic or not, take 9 months to go from start to 100% finished. This company is the most unresponsive worst company ever. We put down 8k nine months ago and we can barely get them to call us back.

Sales rep was very informative. It took about a month to get installed. Install was done in a day. Getting it turned on took about 3 more weeks. Everything has been up and working.

This company has horrible standards.When they were installing my system broke shingles on 2 years old roof and wanted to do hack job and silicone shingles back on roof . Had to jump through hoops to have them replace them. System has been installed for 4 months have made two payments on system plus electric payment for system that isn't operational at this time. Customer beware. Worst customer service experience of my life. Do your research.
Horrible company. Noone ever answers when you call. Would never recommend them to anyone.

Worst home improvement contractors I've ever dealt with. First, the sales representative (Ralph A.) made promises to both my wife and I that he didn't keep; 1)He promised our system would be up and running before our first bill was due 2) he promised the conduits would be concealed by running them through the attic 3) he promised that the solar credits were easy to obtain. Worst company ever, they take your money and run, FPL has been waiting for titan to give them information back. There busy taking everyone’s money, and forgetting the administrative side of the business, the the loan company wants their first payment on the 15th. And I don’t have my panels working. Do your homework, even if your getting a loan let the loan office doesn’t matter what company your using to paid them 50% agreement and 50% upon completion. If not they don’t care.

If I could give no stars I would. To start with the order for 27 panels specified no exposed conduit. They plastered the side of the house with conduit and had to come back 10 days later to redo it. I paid the last payment, less the $1k due after connection, on 10/27/20. The city has not signed off the permit 6 weeks later let alone APS. I have left phone messages twice, being that they won't let you talk to anyone, and left a written message on their website weeks ago that went unanswered.
