Terrible customer service. Panels were installed in June and never heard from the company again. Their personnel are very pleasant but it dies there. Never informed on when to turn on the system, if the notification had gone to the power company that solar power had been installed. After not hearing from anyone for 2 months, I turned on the system. Two payments made to the financing company and today we receive 2 bills from the power company totalling over $250. There is still only 2 people living in the house.
After I read some of the poor reviews regarding Titan Solar, I became very concerned that I made a mistake by selecting this company for my solar installation. By this time, I had already signed the contract and other binding documents. However, all my fears and concerns were unfounded. The installation was slightly delayed due to Covid-19 concerns but when the team arrived, they did a very professional installation. Sales people that came to my home were very misleading. I mentioned I was in the market, and comparing. They told me they understood, and proceeded to review with me. Using their cell phones they ran and got a good loan offer, and construction details. They said I had three days after an inspector came to decide. When they left the loan offer, and install were already signed and set to be a legal binding doc mid night in three nights not withstanding an inspection or construction person coming out.
