System was installed 29 April 2021. Today after endless calls phone calls the system still sits on the roof nonoperational. Apparently the blame is always placed on the ***** Ice storm or St ***** County permitting and design approval. Now I am selling my house if the system is ever going to work.Very regretful I ever made the choice to use Titan.

Ive been doing solar sales for 3 years and worked with several different installers. Titan Solar Power has always had the best workmanship and quality in their installs. They dont have a **********, they only do installs so make sure youre dealing with a trusted and reputable dealer in your area. All of my customers tell me how amazing the crew was and how efficient they were. I havent had one problem that never got fixed right away. If Titan ever made a mistake, they always made it right. Would I let Titan solar install another system on another property for me? All say **** **! Titan solar showed at 7 pm one evening in December of 2019! And hung an inverter only on my wall!Connected it for about 15 minutes to ******************** and the cell phone network so they could tell the US government it was installed for the 2019 tax credits. The worst experience company to deal with they will take your money based on lies. No communication they’ll make you pay before you get the solar starts. You be end up paying the Electric service and solar, my advice not to get near this company.
This is a very dishonest company, they will lie, and cheat to get business. I was contacted by Devin Fuller who works for Titan and he is incredibly disrespectful and rude. He should be fired.

The worst experience I have ever had. Since September of last year I am trying to put the panels with the company, they have come on 5 occasions with the wrong plans, there has been no communication with the customer, terrible services have damaged the entire roof and they still do not solve or know what they are going to do. I am thinking of taking some legal action to resolve this issue. I would never recommend

the worst experience of my life ... bad communication bad customer service everything is a big lie I have been trying to install the system for more than 8 months and I only have my roof full of holes and nobody solves anything, they always have an excuse never have a solution do not put the system with this company is my advice.

This was the best experience I’ve had. I’d say I’ve met with quite a bit of solar companies, and this one was up front and honest about everything. The instal was when they said it would be, and they are performing as expected. Thanks Titan!
great service ,no more high power bill, make sure you get warranties for the microinverter through them, other then that good job
