I would highly recommend this company. **************** took good care of us and made the sales process smooth and enjoyable. She answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. The install went well and happened in a timely manner. I requested info about solar online, the next day I received a call from Titan, while I was on another call. I wasn't able to answer, but they called me back to back. When I didn't answer the guy calling texted me, so I called him back. I let him talk me into an appointment even though I was already set on another company. I quickly realized after reading reviews that I did not want to use Titan, so I canceled my appointment. Since then I've been bombarded with calls from them, back to back and from multiple numbers. Completely ******************* They lied about EVERYTHING 1) There is no $****** at tax time to apply to your loan since the energy efficiency credit it ****** over the course of 5 years and only counts as credit to your taxes in small increments we got a $971.00 credit. I regret to get my solar panels with them. This is almost a year that I'm paying the panels but they are not working still. Everytime they found a problem with the battery and they take 3 month more or less to go back to make something and 3 month to come back for inspection. It's taking forever. And payments always are taken from my bank without heritage. I don't want promises I want them to work that's it.
I can't recommend this company to anyone in good conscience. My panels have been installed for 6 months now and all I have to show for it is a single days worth of production.My panels were installed back in October, I was informed that it could take 2-4 weeks for the city to do their inspection dependent on their workload. I waited 2 MONTHS before calling the city only to be told that the installers haven't signed off on the project for the city. If I could give Titan Solar a NEGATIVE 10 rating I would!!This project is going on for 9 months!!!! Titan Solar has been an absolute disgrace for complete lack of communication and professionalism. They came out in November to install the Solar system. However, they didnt finish leaving only one side of the house with some of the electrical work done. It was scheduled for January 20th. Slow response to get my solar system working. My solar system's inverter was replaced last august 2021 due to failure or upgrade. Since that time, I have called Sunrun many times trying to understand why my system is not showing any production. Finally, after filing a complaint they then sent out a tech in Jan 2022 of which the tech stated that my system required an antenna to talk to the monitoring company and for me the homeowner to see the production on a daily basis.
