James clearly listen to my need and addressed questions related to it to ensure we received the best product. He provided good solution alternatives for us to make informed decisions. He did not try to sway us into a product that was not ideal for our needs. We were very happy overall with all aspects of this transaction.

Loan depot is the worst Loan finance company. They give you wrong information and when they do it takes up to weeks to get that. I started my Loan January 2, 2021 as of March 22, 2021 they didn't have it together. They have no experience on Loans. The processing department gave me wrong information, the underwriter didn't know what he was doing.

Loan depot worked with us all the through even with set backs that wasn’t their fault Helped with the VA Loan. They also had a great loan officer that had great communication and helped us to the end

loandepot failed to fund a refinance we conducted. loan should have disbursed last wednesday March 17, 2021 and we still don't have funds from loandepot today March 22. Repeated phone calls to all their officers and managers go unanswered they are ALL IN MEETINGS I gave them one star because i had to pick one. they earned no stars

Loandepot , Scott C*** would NOT give Desired,Requested Loan amount less than Loan amount he Stated was Loandepot minimum of $150,000, and 3.375 % loan as we only needed loan for $75,000 and a 10 or 15 Year Loan. Scott Cser Refused to provide loan we Requested.
