Mr Art k***** , and Andrew his stated manager were very disconcerted about my refinance questions, He asked me on Saturday 4/3 if I'm serious or wasting his time, or I'm serious Not sure If I own a house valued 1 million and I'm in the market for refinancing with another three other rental properties that I own and as I explained to him I need him to all close at the same time, with the same paperwork and same procedure. They had permission to take 20.00 dollars from my bank account for paper work. They took over 500.00 dollars from my bank account, now no one will return or answer my phone call , they r crooks. They don't deserve even one star

Loan Depot has been nothing but frustrating and not following through in a timely matter. Edward L***** is rude and not a nice person at Loan Depot. He also criticized his co-workers. This is the most unprofessional company to deal with for Mortgage Refinancing. I started on 12/28/2020 and now it’s 4/11/2021. I had two mortgages to refinance, my home mortgage and investment property.....this whole process has cost me $450.00 on an appraisal and still no closing. I highly recommend not to use Loan Depot!!!

Travis W****** was super efficient, warm and professional at the same time. I had at least 10 companies reach out after I started shopping around. LoanDepot seemed the way to go because of his calm confidence in his abilities and the company's.

The refinance process has been a nightmare. Its taken more than 5 months and counting. There seems to be no end in sight to this mess. 1. It took them 5 months to close. 2. Vague responses without any information about why it was taking so long; they just kept asking for the same documents over and over. 3. Escalations seemed to work initially, but that was a dead end too. 4. When it came to closing, there was no coordination with the title company. This was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had. If you receive a phone call from Joe S******** hang up. If you're loan officer is either Freddy v****** or Sean S****** the biggest waste of air cancel your loan immediately. I sent the same paperwork in 5 times for them to keep saying it needs to be updated I opened the loan in November it is now april still not closed. They say high volume due to covid. Well I have had Loan Depot for my Mortgage company for 2 years going on three, the first thing that happened was when on my closing the paperwork was all filled out got my payment amount was very well pleased about it, then in about 2-4 months my payment gets raised cause someone that filled out the paperwork put the wrong home tax amount, for one this was not my fault they should have just made the difference themselves, then the other day I get a Escrow analysis and now it says I'm 1328.00 short in my escrow, now how the h... read more
