This company is by far the worst when it comes to customer service. They have a lot of internal portal issues that they need to tackle and resolve as these issues have resulted in various errors in our mortgage loan account. We have been sent erroneous delinquent notices after they failed to process our automatic payments; billed late fees generated due to their faulty portal and caused our credit to be affected negatively. Horrible experience. Loandepot opened my application and then closed it without my knowledge. When asked the rep told me that it was a mistake and then they reopened my application again. Without my consent they started charging my CC for fees, etc, etc.
My experience with Daniel R***** was excellent, I'm very happy with all the process and service he's done.

This refinance of my primary mortgage and consolidation of my HELOC with it was handled VERY QUICKLY and effectively. The process is completely automated electonically and includes a mobile closing.

Loan office was great and helpful to walk to refinance application at begin. Loan processor did not response email or phone call. I don't know she was busy or she felt like not her job response my concern about loan process. It took my 4 months to close the loan.
