I've done business with LoanDepot for 3 or 4 of my mortgages and this last experience was horrible! I will say I started the process with ****** ***** and we work well with each other, until the loan was turned over to **** ********. She wrote an email to me saying she would call me the next day and introduce herself personally. We'll tomorrow came and went never heard from her. The loan processor in this office is very unprofessional and uncouth. Never did I receive a Thank you. I said thank you and she responds ok. Felt like she hated me and discriminated. The customer service call center on the other hand make you feel like youre family! Very polite and professional. Attentive to my concerns. I probably just had the sour ***** that fell from the tree! Well, trash it!!

After receiving a marketing letter from LoanDepot I contacted the Toll-free line and a live agent was assigned to me to follow up. I submitted some required items such as 2020 tax return (all pages), ********** insurance, bank statements, etc.After a week the same representative tried my phone line, failing to leave a message.
