Awesome experience. They made it so smooth and easy. Just minor hiccups that were no bother. Took a couple of extra days to complete but that seemed to be since there was a holiday weekend. My loan officer and staff were great.

Second time I refinanced with LoanDepot, my closings cost was $1109 total, it was fast, got a cash out refi, paid off all my debt got a nice little sum for myself and still have a lower monthly payment including taxes and insurance. Only took about 10 days Thank you Jake and ********, you are the best

A lot of incompetency and supervisor defending employees. Losing paperwork continuously. **** was a couple of weeks late. Nothing really started moving until I got angry which is something I don't like to do. I should have read all the negative Yelp reviews because they tell the truth. I would never use them again. "

Worst LIAR I have EVER worked with. Glad I caught him in his multitude of lies before I moved forward with the loan. I'm still flabbergasted that there are really people this rotten out there. I would NEVER, EVER work with this place again if they keep this kind of person employed there. We are talking 10's of thousands of dollars in question here. Don't trust anything they say. They said all was well with my loan, until on a Friday before the Tuesday close I discovered (and pointed out to them) that it wasn't. Despite my frantic calls during Monday's 12-hour drive to the close I didn't hear back until after 4 pm Monday. The ** *** who owned the problem as of Friday (and then ghosted me) had the balls to tell me he got busy with 'stuff, you know?'.
