I had a bad experence loan depo actually ****** ******* from ************ ,** i was 2 to 3 months in approved for loan and rarely got him to answer me back so i decided to apply with other loan companys and ask him to leave me alone ...not interested in whatever this is trying to buy a home this year .so now he sends emails once in a while .in a lot less time found a home with new company . So be prepared to be harassed all becaused loan office wouldnt do his job in the first place ...*** *********,**

I applied for rate quotes from ************ and was contacted by ***** ******** from LoanDepot. After reviewing the rates and looking at amortization tables for the rates and the origination fees, I told him that we were not interested in pursuing a loan for refinancing as there was not a scenario in which we would save money over a 10-year time frame. Since I have had this loan, I have had ********* PROBLEMS WITH THEIR ********* DEPARTMENT. I have carried homeowners insurance since before I refinanced. I have provided information on my insurance and **************************** (***), has been sending invoices to the insurance department since April, (1st payment due). I contacted Loan Depot on MAY 25th and was told that ******* TO *** WOULD BE OVERNIGHTED as they had still not received payment for homeowners insurance. My loan officer was great and she has done a great job so far but the experience with loan depot as a company has been awful. Every time we were close to closing something was wrong on a document or something needed to be submitted. Most of the things in my opinion should have been looked at from the beginning by the underwriter. This has made my home buying experience the worse process ever and not to mention the seller has now sent the attorney a termination agree because of how long its taking to clear to close.
