What I was promised on the phone (3K costs) was not what I was given in writing (10K). Trying to **** your customers is a terrible business practice.

Mia was newer to the company, we were finally able to close after having set backs with a late survey. Our experience was just under ok, I had to call several times for updates rather than our contact calling. I had ask specific questions to get info rather than getting all the information provided to me. My realtor and contact made an agreement that my contact from loan depot would be at our closing however she was not. Lack of communication and process inefficiency prevail the whole loan application process. I wasnt sure who to contact to understand the reason for process delay. My appraisal came back extremely low and felt the underwriter and loan processor probably gave up on the process already. They didnt have good remediation plan to come up alternative. No communication was in place to discuss with underwriter. Appraisal review personnel was very rude and not in a mood to communicate while sat on info just letting time pass. I spent ... read more

LoanDepot was ***** top work with for our refinance. I went online and compared all the different loan companies and I picked Loan Depot. It was a really good choice. They made everything super easy. ********* was all presented and filed ontime. The loan agent and loan processer communicated with me frequently. It only took about 3 weeks to do the loan and that's with having an appraisal of the house done too. It was an easy and excellent experience.THANK YOU LOANDEPOT !!!"

Absolutely awful experience refinancing my home loan. It took ten weeks to close and the lack of customer service was appalling. I have never encountering such poor customer service on such a grand scale. I left dozens of messages for several people that were never acknowledged. I felt I was a nuisance and my loan was never a priority for them. This was the worst experience with a company I have ever dealt with.
