I like the interest rate. My contact Russ B*** was very helpful and answered my questions. I was able to reach him most anytime I need help or clarification on issues I did not understand. The only difficulty I had was the amount of paper work I had to send in and several repeatedly. I had some uneasiness about dealing wit a company for this amount of money all on line, but it went well and they did everything they said they would do no surprises.

Overall we had a good experience with LoanDepot for our refi. There were times that responses were a little slow but answers did come and our selection of a local attorney was less expensive than the ones suggested by them. Micah helped unfreeze my credit temporarily so they could process my application. He spent about 2 hours on the phone with me to get it done.
