Loan Depot was amazing. I bought a condo and worked with Brett and his team to deal with the loan details. Everyone was extremely helpful and always answered my questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Loan Depot and will definitely be using them again if I buy another home in the future. Hands down everyone made this process smooth during this crazy market.

I tried to use my existing mortgage company I have had for 17+ Years (Wells) and it was a nightmare. I used Loan Depot as several folks strongly recommended them. I got FAST contact, extremely low interest rate, less documentation and I closed in LESS than a month while Wells had taken over 4 months and I was not done. I could never get a hold of anyone at Wells as they were busy or out of the office.

Loan Depot team for WA Loan, Kevin N***** & Anthony B****** were the greate team to work with. I had a great experience. They offered the best refi rate out of all the quotes I received and the process was very quick and simple. I submitted an inquiry on their website on April 22 and closed the loan was funded in May 28. Customer service was great during the application process but communication kind of went by the way side once they had me (which I get, they’re pushing the sell...). That’s really my only complaint but not really an issue.
