we got a good interest rate of 2.125%, but the closing costs were over $11,000--too high, especially when comparing them to other competitors.

There were a few glitches along the way, but all were worked out to my satisfaction. It took a bit longer than I had hoped for the payout to take place, but otherwise no issues worth mentioning, and even that was minor.
