This place is in desperate need of a facelift, also the Internet access provided to platinum members is very, I say very slow. The concierge Lounge is tiny, and their food is mediocre at best.
Check was easy and quick, the beds were comfortable , the room clean and tidy I would use the hotel again if I needed a stopover at LAX
I will definitely stay at The Westin again. Check-in was fast. The hotel is very nice and the room was very nice and clean as well. The bedding was very comfortable. I also love that the airport was only 5 minutes away and they have airport shuttles that run every few minutes. I would recommend this hotel to others.
Beautiful , exceptionally clean hotel, wonderful, professional staff. Great breakfast restaurant. My only complaint is the lobby was every bit as cold as the outside temperature was.
Brad at the front desk was awesome. Went above and beyond to accommodate us. Daily grill was very good and the lobby bar was fun!
