This was the worst Marriott affiliated hotels I have ever stayed in. I would have never expected a WESTIN to have a major bug issue in the lobby and in the restaurant attached. But the more horrible experience was my room had a very bad odor in which stayed inside my clothing. I was forced to dry clean me and my colleague clothing once I returned back from my trip. Westin management only offered a $60 credit to my stay which is a slap in the face, when my dry cleaner bill was $220, and also had to remain in the hotel all 4 d... read more
The staff, the room, the food...it was all a great experience for my fiance, son, and I. Can’t wait to visit again for a weekend.
Great place to be, excellent service and something that they’re not mentioned is that it’s included Breakfast!!!!!�
