Great deal through hotwire and convenient to LAX with transportation. Food and bar pricy, but service at both were excellent.

After 4 days checking out from the hotel, I still did not receive the receipt. After following up and chasing after their customer service, the reply I had is that I still need to wait for 5-6 business working days for the official receipt. Is this how the hotel treats its guests?
